This restaurant is amazing. There is a lot of art and seating for guests. The kitchen is spotless and they use filtered water for cleaning, cooking, and making ice. They typically offer 6-10 vegetarian dishes, with half of them being vegan. We stayed here for a whole month and had no trouble staying vegan or eating raw. That must be the best and perhaps only raw health food caffe in goa. I felt very happy to have stumbled over it. I could be 100% on the raw diet during my stay...
