Sweet Idea - Mandeville

The bingsu and rolled ice cream are amazing! When we walked in we were promptly greeted by friendly staff who explained any menu questions we had. We tried the “other” rolled ice cream place earlier in the week and weren’t even acknowledged by anyone (despite it not being busy) for at least 10 minutes. The employees were wearing gloves when preparing the treats and I noted on many occasions that they would change their gloves frequently; this is great. Sweet idea is a little bit further away from me, but will definitely be our go to. We can’t wait to try more of the menu items. Way to go sweet idea!

Great new restaurant! I love that the owner is bringing light to great Asian food. The spring rolls are light, refreshing, filling, and their homemade peanut sauce(!! is to die for! They have yummy egg rolls for when it’s cheat day, and awesome tea and coffee beverages. Great addition to an awesome community!! Will be back frequently !!!

I went in for a light lunch so I ordered the noodle bowl with chicken and shrimp. It was delicious and exactly what I expected. I also ordered the Lemon Butterfly Refresher for my 3 yo and the coconut mint for myself. Both were delicious, but $5 is a lot to spend for a drink for a kid....and myself. Overall, everything was great. The noodle bowl is on my list for lunches, but might skip the $5 drink next time.

Mango sticky rice and rolled ice cream was delish! Also had macaroons (hefty price) and pot stickers which were also good! Great grand opening! The dragon dancers were so colorful and fun to watch
