Despite arriving just 15 minutes before closing, they warmly welcomed us and provided fantastic service without making us feel rushed. The chef personally brought out our dishes, and the assistant manager was also very friendly. The food was delicious. Our server, Briana, was outstanding—she was wonderful with the kids and truly enhanced our experience. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Ms. B!

We truly enjoyed our experience! The food was excellent, and our waiter, Briana, was incredibly friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning. Food: 5/5.

It trul... read more During our brief visit to Mandeville, Pardo's stood out as the best spot! We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, service, and exceptional food. It truly is the top restaurant in Mandeville. Despite arriving late on a weekday, our server, Briana, made us feel incredibly welcome. Her recommendations for drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts were perfect, though I have a feeling you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. I can't praise this restaurant enough, and I look forward to returning when the weather cools down to enjoy their lovely patio.
