We truly enjoyed ou... read more We celebrated our anniversary and decided to search for a romantic restaurant. We found Pardo's, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. We truly enjoyed our experience! The food was excellent, and our waiter, Briana, was incredibly friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning. Food: 5/5.

My colleagues at work have spoken highly of it, finally made reservations…and I am (metaphorically) kicking myself for waiting this long to come here. Let me paint a picture of our evening: Date night with the wife.After giving the keys to my vehicle to the pleasant valet (who made it a point to open the door for my wife) we were welcomed in by staff and taken within seconds to our table. We haven’t been so warmly welcomed like this here in Louisiana—-it was the norm for us when we lived in Hawai’i. Our server, Briana was excellent. She was very welcoming, went above and beyond to make our first experience at this restaurant memorable. The food was second to none, the drinks were not only wet (Dad joke) but as my wife said so eloquently: “absolutely fabulous.” The ambience was great.We will definitely be back.
