We got to our table and there w... read more Was just there for birthday dinner October 8, 2022. Whenever I go I ask for Briana Mista to be our server because she’s amazing! We got to our table and there were birthday napkins plus a sweet note thanking us for choosing her! I don’t know of any other restaurant or server that goes that EXTRA mile! The meal was wonderful and to top it off a complimentary dessert with a sparkler! Another awesome evening! Thank you, Pardo’s, especially Briana.

The bartende... read more Me and my partner came into Pardos 45 minutes before close, we wanted to sit outside, so they sent the bartender out to take care of us that night. The bartenders name was Tyler, he treated us with exceptional service. I loved the way he explained each meal that i was interested in, he was very knowledgeable of the menu items, it was extremely helpful because the dishes there are pretty fancy. Greeted by our server, Kyle, he took the time to welcome us and go over the specials. We had some wine from a very extensive menu. Tried the mussles appetizer..highly recommend. Dinner was great, service great, and a little sparkling table fireworks for our anniversary! We enjoyed our visit and will be back.
