Leonardo's Trattoria Pizzeria

Hard to beat the lunch menu here. I had already validated that this place was a hidden gem, but eating lunch one day was sitting g next to Sal Impastato dining and said, if it's good enough for him, that's further endorsement for me! Keep up the great work! Oh, and the Lasagna Bolognese is on point!

We stopped into Leonardo’s for lunch after seeing a friend’s recommendation on social media. As we entered the restaurant, I noticed it was busy, but not uncomfortably so. When we were seated, the waitress brought fresh bread and prepared an olive oil dip. We ordered a couple of glasses of Sicilian red wine, which we enjoyed. For starters, we ordered small salads. The Caesar dressing was very tasty and the salad complements (red onions, an olive and tomato) were just right. For our meal we ordered a kid’s pizza, which was big enough to split. The pizza was incredible. The crust had a nice crunch and the tomato sauce was different in a good way. We also ordered the cheese ravioli. It was a good portion and the sauce was outstanding. I had the salmon piccata. The salmon was cooked to medium well and was tender. The linguine and piccata sauce were good and paired well with the salmon. There is a bakery attached to the restaurant from which the desserts are sourced. We ordered a few gelatos and a couple of cannolis. All were excellent. The service was great considering how busy the restaurant was. We enjoyed our experience.

Excellent service and the calamari was perfect . Had a creat your own pizza w anchovies, fresh and delicious . Definitely worth the money as well , very reasonable . Will absolutely be back If you haven’t been their you should go .

MAN! The food here tasted great! I tried my wife's pasta with pesto sauce, a margherita pizza, lasagna, and bread. I'm definitely coming here again!

We recently dined at this restaurant and were delighted by our experience! The food was truly exceptional! The service was prompt and friendly. I chose the eggplant parmesan, and it was simply perfect—generously topped with cheese and complemented by just the right amount of red sauce. My friend ordered the salmon and enjoyed it so much that she finished every last bite—there was absolutely nothing left on her plate! Overall, it was a wonderful dinner!
