Jersey Mike's Subs - Mandeville

The sandwiches are excellent, but the service is?not so excellent. During the several times I?ve been to Jersey Mike?s, the service has been quite slow and disorganized. It seems like each employee doesn?t have their own designated task and are all simultaneously performing different tasks in an effort to be more efficient. However, the result is basically a cluster. Overall though, the taste of the sandwich with the iconic oil and spice blend is worth the headache of trying to order.

The servers took good care of us and made us a great sandwich! They had an incident occur between two patrons while we were in the store and they handled it with great professionalism. I hope the manager sees this and gives them the accolades they deserve and maybe a raise, too!

My wife and I stopped over after shopping at home goods. I got the chicken philly and my wife the Italian. Both were amazing sandwiches. Full of flavor and the owner seems very nice.

Dentist office told us about there Philly cheese sandwiches. They were right AWESOME GOOD. Will be back. Best unsweet tea I've had

Jersey Mike's subs are GREAT. But please, please, pretty please, could you make sure you're making your online orders correctly? Ours has been wrong twice in the last 2 weeks. First time, sub completely forgotten. Second time, sub made wrong and picky kid unhappy. When you're literally filling out a detailed form for your order online and and doing all the work up front, it would be nice for you to make it correctly and not forget things. Please do better. And absolutely, there are MANY more things that are wrong in the world. This is small potatoes. But.....pretty please? : Food fantastic! When it's right.
