Chili's Grill - Mandeville

I used to like chilis. I used to love their top shelf margaritas. Now, the only thing good is the chips and salsa and the brownie skillet. It’s the new Applebees. Won’t be back.

My bowl of soup was made into a cup because my container is half empty. Every employee packages this item different. I order it a lot! The tortilla strips you see in the bowl is all I got! It barely covered the bottom of a to go ramekin. I asked where is the cheese on the side. She said that it’s in the bowl. And I tipped for this!

I was one of 6 people eating in there. The bartender was super nice, but not real attentive or seeming to care about customers. The service was extremely slow, and I had to ask everyone else for refills because I wasn't getting them from him. They were dead slow, and yet they still served me cold fries. I got bottomless chips in which you are supposed to be able to get more, but nobody ever brought them to me.
