Chicken Deli - Parkmall - Mandaue

Waited for almost 2 hours to deliver the chooks inasal.

The store was okay but the food panda staff who was assigned to chat to the customer was the worst. I told the staff to cancel my order but didn’t entertain and respond to my message right away.

The chicken pechopak was disappointing as it was burnt and not cooked to perfection. The color was not the usual vibrant yellow.

Chickeb pechopak wasnt the same it was burnt and waant yellow.

The food took a long time to be served.
