Moat Grill - Mandalay

Lovely venue, staff were mainly very friendly, although some of the restaurant staff were a bit slow. Wine and food was good and served in a professionally and friendly mannor. We went for the live music but it wasn't very constant. Out of 2 hours, they probably only played for about 30mins maximum, the rest of the time they either talked to each other or just sat there, not doing anything.

Average bar and grill located inside the Hilton hotel. They have a live band in the evening. The issues there are the following: limited food options, very limited (almost non-existent) wine list, and the atmosphere isn't quite right for a bar, nor for a grill. However, staff are nice and helpful. For grilled meat, there are other better options in town.

We ate here at 2 nights during our stay and at both places it was just delicious. the staff was so helpful and happy. the desserts were so delicious. loved the cheesecake. on Thursday evening there was a live band that was fantastic, we could play around 8 ball on the pool table.

Eating is nice. I ordered a mezzenplatte as starter. it was fantastic. then the main course, grilled garnels were too salty and ended with chocolate brownie eis. the staff was very friendly. the environment was very classic. there was also a live band. the price was on the high side.

The live music was great on Thursday, and the burgers were delicious.
