Contribute FeedbackAt a pub in Fallowfield, recent experiences reveal a mix of service and atmosphere challenges. Patrons have noted issues like unwelcoming attitudes towards dogs and rude service from bartenders, overshadowing the generally friendly and enthusiastic staff. Complaints about cold meals and hard burger buns further marred several brunch outings, despite some highlights like well-cooked food and a helpful manager. While the venue remains busy and affordable, the dated setting and inconsistent food quality may deter future visits, making it clear that a complete overhaul in service approach is needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
I enjoy meeting up with friends for coffee and a quick bite, but my recent experiences at this restaurant have been disappointing. The last three times I went for brunch, my food was cold. It's getting worse each time, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
You can always count on Wetherspoons for reliable seating, food, and drinks. The day after a fun night out, it was just what we needed!
This restaurant is fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Eve, were wonderful. I want to thank all the staff for a lovely day.
Went I bought a coffee asked if I would like food, I went to order breakfast and asked where I was sat I explained that I in the front garden with the dog in the pram. S He advised me that no dogs allowed. I explained that he was not on the floor he said no. He got the manager and she said no dogs allowed . Really bad attitude and asked me to refund the coffee before I go or put it in a cup to take away.
As a Wetherspoon building it is rather tired and dated however the food is, as always, cooked perfectly and there is plenty of seating plus friendly and thoughtful staff.
