The Real Food Market is held twice a month in Manchester city centre. Farmers from the North West come to showcase their produce and offer their goods to the people of Manchester.

I adore food, especially when it comes from local sources, so I was thrilled to learn about this market held twice a month in Piccadilly Gardens.

What a beautiful place. When I was younger, I used to associate markets with flea infestations. I always thought flea markets sold low-quality goods infested with fleas. Yuck.
