On my visit, I chose Milano salami, Godminster cheddar, wild mushroom and apricot pate, and roast onion and garlic bread knots with a side of onion hummus. The salami was finely sliced, dry-cured Italian salami seasoned with white wine, pepper, and a hint of garlic, and it was absolutely delightful. The pate was fruity and flavorful.

Another strenuous pud, “Pistachio white chocolate Brownie” was just as good. krunchy up, gooey immersed in the midst, deep chocolate flavor with crispy pieces of candied pistachios, dipped with warm, rich chocolate sauce and served with vanilleeis
In the past, The Blue Pig was always a reliable choice, but on a recent weekend evening, it seemed to be overshadowed by the bustling bars and restaurants surrounding it. In an attempt to attract more customers and create a more laid-back atmosphere, the restaurant has done away with their 333 menu (3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts) and introduced a more relaxed dining experience. The cozy, dark, and indulgently comfortable interior still remains a draw for patrons looking for a casual dining experience.
