We decided to visit this restaurant on the day after our high time, we were greeted and a glass prosecco given and sitting, the manager was amazing and so welcome to feel from then on this place was error-free, the eating was incredible, the personal first class and the attention second to none! would highly recommend and will definitely thank them again so much for our first night as a married couple so fab

Steak option was divine service a little slow sought fat steak chips, only thin riders do not understand the salat before the steak and some of them was brown the avocado salad was loaded again with salat and the smallest piece avocado the lamb was well boiled, but a wider lamb choice would have been great - lamb steak, grilled lambskin lambskin etc. I was not interested in the tandoori dauphinoise kartoffeln were not the best the cluck and duck wings were delicious, the duck did not enjoy to be honest, a little strong in taste I would go back definitiw. it was clean and service was nice, although a little slow. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. We arrived at 7:15pm on Christmas Eve for a 7:30pm booking, but were told they were running behind. Despite waiting until just after 8pm, there were no apologies or offers of a complimentary drink. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, I was initially told to bear with them. It took three requests before the manager provided the refund, with no apology given. This level of service was not what we are used to at this restaurant, where we have been loyal customers. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. It's possible that there has been a recent change in management or that the Christmas rush caught them off guard, but it was disappointing to have our Christmas meal ruined.
