Attempted to order coffee and was directed to another line with no prior indication that a specific line was required, also the staff was obnoxious about it.Food was average, obviously brought in and not prepared on site.Service is horrific, waited 30min for two coffees.Atmosphere was equally obnoxious as I was given excessive attitude when asking if a seat was being used.

Stopped by for a cup of coffee on a Saturday afternoon. First of all, there are two registers and no signs after standing in line for one register, the cashier told us that to order coffee we need to stand on a different line. Ordered two coffees, one came in almost instantly. It was made by an older gentleman, very polite and attentive. Another coffee was made 15 minutes later by a loud blond girl with a messy bun, in a grey sloppy sweatshirt and baggy sweatpants. I asked for coffee in a mug, it was served in a paper cup. When I asked for cold milk as coffee was scalding hot, she just loudly brushed me off. I had to ask the older gentleman again for some cold milk so that I can actually drink my coffee and not get burnt. Staff acts entitled and honestly, only one person deserved the tip in that joint. Will avoid at all costs .

The sandwiches are average, and do not come with any sides. Prices are a bit high for what you get.

Soup was lukewarm Quiche specifically asked for not corner and told nothing till i received a corner piece that was next in lineHorrible energy

The vegan bahn mi is delicious, lots of different options, lots of seating in the dining room. Would be nice if they posted on ig or changed hours on google when they have to close last minute. I've tried coming here twice during open hours to find a sign on the door saying they're closed. Understandable these days , but a heads up would be nice.
