Wendy's - Manchester

Always hot fresh food. Staff is very friendly. I usually do drive thru but the inside is nice too. The outside looks shabby, but it’s always clean inside.

Order on app for drive thru and never had a problem with going through the drive thru and picking it up cause that’s the option that I picked but as soon as we say our name at the speaker they start giving us an attitude “Mobile orders you can only come inside to pick up” and we explained that it says come to the drive thru (as you can see). Asked for manager and instantly she gave attitude. Not happy with their customer service.

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful. I went through the drive-thru a few minutes ago and they forgot to include my Baconator Fries. When I went back inside, the woman working there knew that she had forgotten them and still did not give me any utensils for eating. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Not the best place to get eat from the order all messed up the worker so call daniel is so unprofessional he needs really human skills and must learn how to pay attention to a customer and not have to pay to customers as well as worst place never again I will go and get food from this wendy’s always change funny for everyone who read that never again trust them to me personal that I as a customer is what you make business grow in enough, but no longer I will not trust my hard earned money to spend for you anymore and believe you have to understand with a customer that you have no business memory for your eyes.

Typical Wendy’s. Prices are affordable. I order here often and always enjoy my meal even though occasionally the food tends to be cold. But when it’s hot, it’s great!
