I had a terrible dining experience tonight and will not be returning for a while due to the way EMILY treated me. I ordered oven roasted chicken, but she started to put rotisserie chicken on my plate instead. When I asked if that was oven roasted chicken, she rudely replied that it was rotisserie. I explained that I had requested oven roasted chicken and she rolled her eyes at me. She then threw the spoon into the chicken and asked someone else to assist me, claiming that I was being disrespectful. I was speaking politely and using please and thank you.

I was recently denied the use of a coupon at this restaurant because the owner claimed they were receiving too many coupons to handle. It seems that the restaurants in Anamosa, Manchester, Central City, and possibly Strawberry Point are all under the same ownership. It is unclear why this is the case, but it raises questions about their business practices. It appears that they may not be as successful as they claim to be.

I am extremely frustrated. My son purchased a sub online with his own money. They charged almost $2 for avocado. The total came to $10.32 for a footlong. They forgot to include the avocado, even though it was listed on the receipt. The restaurant was not busy when we picked up the sub. I called and requested a refund of $2 for the missing avocado. Instead, they offered to give me a scoop of avocado. What am I supposed to do with that?! I demand a refund for my son's money, a replacement sandwich, or at least a soda and chips as compensation. This is unacceptable. Thank you for essentially stealing from my son.
