Went to Fratello's last night with 6 friends. It's been a few years since I last visited. The food and service were great! Best Chicken Carbonara I've had in a long time, and all my friends were equally impressed with their meals. One of the women in our group said her eggplant parmesan wasn't hot enough, and it was taken care of quickly. Consistently one of the best restaurants in Manchester. View all feedback.
