What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
There were 4 people working when I arrived at this Dunkin location , doing absolutely nothing, by looking around the trash needed empty the floor should have swepted and washed and the lady who rang me in my order decided to pick whatever was in her tooth, seriously. If this is how they conduct there business, it looks like I will have to take my business somewhere elseThis was on Sunday may 22, 12:30 pm . View all feedback.
I have to remind myself not to come here in the morning. Every time I come here there?s somebody here with attitude who hates job. I usually don?t come to this dunks for that reason but I always give it another chance but it never fails smh.. back tovalley st where they don?t question my coffee and make it how I like it!! And most importantly never have attitude!!
It's a decent Dunkin' donuts 80% of the time which is a good percentage rate for how s Dunkin' donuts is and it has no drive-thru but they're better than all the other ones in Manchester
As a customer, this creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. When I've requested a remake or a simple adjustment to my order, the attitude from staff has been off-putting. They often make snarky comments about me to other employees as if I’m not there. I've ended up going to another Dunkin' on Valley Street to resolve issues with my orders multiple times, where the staff—particularly Tawasha and the management team—are much more attentive and friendly. They genuinely want to make your drink right. If something is off, they handle it professionally without any signs of annoyance. In contrast, the employees at the Elm Street location seem to act as if they are inconvenienced by the customers. They treat patrons like they're being charged exorbitantly for a drink when, in reality, the prices are standard for coffee shops. If a customer is unhappy, you would think they'd want to remedy the situation to keep them coming back. Now that the Elm Street location is closing for renovations on August 5, 2022, I hope they hire new staff. No employee has the right to chastise customers for making requests, especially if those requests stem from mistakes made by the staff. There’s no excuse for being rude or dismissive. Sadly, I've witnessed long-time customers walking away due to the toxic environment created by some of the employees. It’s all too common for these negative interactions to overshadow the experience of simply wanting a friendly face and a good cup of coffee in the morning. I've noticed that unless a customer is a regular who tips generously, they are often ignored. I am not surprised by the negative reviews this location has received, as they consistently reflect similar complaints.

I really appreciate the girls who work the early shift tomorrow. They are quick and friendly, and they remember my order, which is such a nice touch.
