Chili's Grill - Manchester

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I always enjoy coming to this location. The bartenders Tracey, Kendra, and Amy always provide a fantastic experience. They are friendly and create a memorable experience every time. Kudos to Jamal and the other managers for having such a great team. They all deserve a raise.

Great waitress and super fast service! Food is always good at Chili's. I wish they didn't have TVs though. I can't stop looking at them.

Walked in to no acknowledgment. No heys or hello’s or welcome to chilis…You could tell the servers didn’t want to greet us. Then when the server did see us you could tell she was hesitant to greet us. Like she was waiting for one of the others ones to beat her to it. Instead when she tried to weasel her way out of seating us, then ensued a highly inappropriate conversation between the other ladies who all told our server that they had taken multiple tables in it was “her turn”. She rolled her eyes obliged then told us she’d have to put 2 tables together or two booths. We took the booths. After taking our drink order we realized the tables were wobbling with excitement. We couldn’t keep our drinks safely on the tables. So we moved to another booth. Table was worse. We moved again. Let’s not forget my husband myself had our six kids, we moved all our drinks, utensils, appetizers by ourselves, TWICE! When we got our appetizer it’s missing and extra order of egg rolls. My husband I ordered watermelon margaritas only got one, the other was plain. Then the kids get their food the server tells my daughter I know you wanted corn but you got fries. Mind you this wasn’t even our original server, just the guy bringing out the food. I watched our server mindlessly tap her fingers in boredom. If doing the bare minimum was a person, it was definitely our server. Honestly not the worst experience I’ve had. Just the character of this establishment. Overall all the food wasn’t hot. It didn’t all come out together. The service was terrible.

I’ll start out by saying I rarely give poor reviews as I always give the benefit of doubt to every establishment. I’ve been to other Chili’s locations many times before. The food is always average, so this wasn’t a shocker, but it’s not terrible. I took my kids to this location last night for a fun night out to dinner. We were seated at a corner table and essentially forgotten about. No one brought us utensils or asked us for drinks etc. until I got up and flagged down a random waitress to ask who was assigned for my table. Finally we were asked what we wanted. Shortly afterward we were told a couple of the things we had ordered were not available. So we ordered replacements. Our entrees came, our starter never did. I asked the server who brought the food out (not the waitress) about it and was asked, “well do you still want it?” Then we were forgotten about again and I had to flag down a staff member to ask for my check so I can leave. They overcharged me for my entree. The waitress said she’d go and fix it. Another 15 min later she comes back and I pay and get out of there, never to return again.

Haven't been to a Chili's in years. Unfortunately my hometown doesn't have one so I was excited to have one near our hotel and to bring my kids for the first time. We were seated quickly considering it was a Saturday night at 8pm. Server was friendly. She shared that several items are coming off the menu which helped me make my selection. Following our food being served by a runner, we never saw our server again until it was clear we were done eating and ready for our bill. She never checked on us. We declined desert and she turned the table's tablet toward me and legit walked away. Never offered assistance, to-go boxes for our remaining food...just nothing. Dinner Items: Chicken tenders and corn Shrimp tacos Mushroom burger Drinks: Sodas Appetizer: Nachos *Okay this one threw me. I thought we would get a pile of loaded nachos but instead we received a few nachos with baked cheese. They were good but definitely not what was expected or maybe I'm just used to something different.
