The big problem was that the outdoor seating/patio said no fumar /no smoking, but everyone was smoking there!! I asked the waiter if there was smoking allowed and he said no, but you can smoke here and the police won 't see you. Ugh. I had to ask if he would tell the women at the next table over to stop smoking since I am allergic. It was an uncomfortable scene. Also VERY DIRTY AND NO COVID PRECAUTIONS in place.
