Contribute Feedback What Alex K doesn't like about Little Wolf Diner And Pizzaria:
The issue I have had every time is there pizzas are never full cooked. The crust is never fully cooked and they put so much cheese it doesn't fully melt. Someone put nearly raw bacon on it and the pizza never was fully cooked. I was sick for 3 days. I stopped ordering pizzas. Waste of time. If you go there maybe only go for breakfast. That's always decent but I cannot recommend. View all feedback.
The first thing I noticed when lifting the box was its weight, something I've never encountered before. When I got it home, I was blown away by how thick the toppings were—an inch or more! It looked fantastic, artfully presented rather than just haphazardly piled on. The meat side featured a variety of meats, including ham and sausage, with a few pieces of pepperoni (though I’m not entirely certain). I actually prefer not to have too much pepperoni, as it can be overwhelming. The veggie side was loaded with fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes and mild peppers, all topped with melted white cheese. I assume it was mozzarella, but it didn't have that stretchy quality. The crust was thin and perfectly toasted—definitely not soggy. Despite the generous toppings, they stayed put and didn’t slide off too much. Both halves were absolutely delicious. I stuffed myself, along with three others, and we still had more than a third left over for tomorrow's lunch. Here’s a potential concern: restaurants that offer such large portions at such reasonable prices eventually have to either change their menu or hike up their prices, or worse, risk going out of business. If you live anywhere near Manawa, I highly recommend trying this pizza while you can. It’s truly a culinary delight that won’t break the bank, which is increasingly rare these days.
I can honestly say that this was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! The service was fantastic, and overall, it's a wonderful restaurant!
The pizza was good, but the staff could use some improvement. They forgot to turn on the pizza oven, and they didn't seem very motivated.
The pizza here is delicious, and there are plenty of topping combinations to choose from. However, I find the prices to be excessive. Our bill for two sodas and a large pizza was $32, which I felt was too high for a casual dinner. While the pizza was indeed very good, I’m not sure we’ll return.
I've consistently had a problem with their pizzas – they're never fully cooked. The crust is often undercooked, and they pile on so much cheese that it doesn't melt properly. On one occasion, I even found nearly raw bacon on it, which left the pizza underdone overall. After that experience, I was sick for three days. I've since stopped ordering their pizzas completely; it's just not worth it. If you decide to go, I would recommend sticking to breakfast, which is usually decent, but I can't recommend the pizza.
