No disrespect, but it wasn't gre... read more I arrived too late to order the Mullet, so I opted for the snapper instead. Unfortunately, it was quite dry and lacking flavor. No disrespect, but it wasn't great. This time, I made sure to get there early enough to try the Smoked Mullet, and I was not disappointed. This was my third visit to Gulley's, and the Smoked Mullet was incredibly delicious. My only question is whether it freezes well so I can enjoy it later. I highly recommend visiting—both the Smoked Mullet and the Mullet Dip are must-tries. Great job, Gulley's!
