When making substution for unavailable items please contact the client first. This would have avoided 30 min with customer service and I would have simply canceled my order. The packaging was excellent and the Tres Leches cake was perfect.
The breaded streak was so burnt that is wasnt edible so I couldnt eat my meal.

Food is so delicious and reasonably priced
