What Adrien Fortin doesn't like about Pho Gourmet:
Wonderfully delicious. This is the real deal. Having dined in numerous Vietnamese restaurants I give Pho Gourmet two thumbs up. From the owner's delightful charm to the freshness of the meals this place tops my list. Unfortunately, I live in the Valley and if we want Vietnamese food we must travel into the city. An hour's drive is well worth the trip to be treated to an authentic meal steeped in traditional Viet Nam... View all feedback.
This place serves the moderate photherapy and the service is terrible. her big bowl pho is hardly a medium size with hardly any nude. the bark meat we ordered was hard boiled. they also served our eating without utensils, the pho was served without any of the beats and they made a mistake on our bill. when he was questioned about the bill, the owner got the offensive and said it was our fault.

An hour's drive is well worth the trip to be treated to an authentic meal steeped in traditional Viet Nam flavors. The owner (Tin) is a native of Saigon and war veteran having served as a lieutenant in the ARVN Airborne. He is very engaging and will delight you with conversation if you so choose. My goal is to try everything on the menu.
This place serves mediocre pho and the service is terrible. Their large bowl of pho is barely a medium size with hardly any noodles. The beef entre we ordered was severely overcooked. They also served our food without any utensils, the pho was served without any of the toppings and they made a mistake on our bill. When questioned about the bill, the owner got on the offensive and said it was our fault. Worst place, period.
I can only rate off of Take-out, but, it was certainly tasty enough to me.
