The display was well-stocked this morning, but the coffee urns could have used a refill. The place was impressively clean, especially for a late morning shift. I started by using the kiosk to order, but encountered some issues, so I switched to ordering through the app while I was inside. It took a few minutes for my Pick2 to be ready, but overall, I was pleased with the experience. My order was perfect today!
The soups were nice, but they could have used a bit more seasoning. The manager was friendly and welcoming while taking our order.
I walked in at 7pm. There was nothing left. A few muffins and pastries scattered all over the display counter. They looked like they had seen better days. I asked what time they closed and was told 9pm. I asked the price of a pastry and was told $3.89 (with tax it was over $4.00. The food looked so bad and the store itself looked bare and I got the distinct feeling this was more about them making money and the customer really did not figure into the equation. I walked out. Panera you can do better.
I really appreciated Hina's customer service at the register. She was incredibly kind and super helpful!
I went in to Panera with my wife and daughter after a very long day and ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and Mac and cheese. I got it to go so unfortunately I did not notice until after I got home but my sandwich had only one piece of bacon on the entire thing, the tomatoes were practically frozen, and the avocado was in awful shape. Honestly, it was more of a salad on soggy bread than anything. The Mac and cheese was awful...so much so that even my 3 year old wouldn't eat it and come on...what 3 year old doesn't LOVE Mac and cheese? My daughter literally asks for it every day...but from there; she spit it out. Not to. mention that when we went in to place our order the staff was rude, the other customers were fake pretentious (but like...what right do you have to act superior when you're playing chess in a glorified subway), and the ginger-ale was basically gold colored water. Over all I would not recommend going to this establishment...definitely not this location...and oh yeah; how much did I pay for such an awful experience you might be asking yourself? $26.00...we could've gone ANYWHERE else. Honestly, we should've just gone to Chik-Fil-A...it's right across the street.
