I didn't give me what I orderd. Like is that hard to place a number one in the box with the right side. They gave me the opposite of what I ordered.. plus no plastic where or nothing. Smh don't make any sense like they did it on purpose... Want beback
I am just letting everyone know what a fantastic store this is!!! The manager Franklin Omar Galdamez is the most compassionate and helpful person!!! My co-worker's husband had passed away and the funeral services were Saturday. I was unable to make theservices due to being out of town and we wanted to contribute by not being able to be there, so we thought we would orderchicken and have it delivered. Three hours of trying to find someone who would do it was a very difficult task, DoorDash &GrubHub would not take the order due to it being so large. I then went to KFC website to order and it took my order and thencanceled due to the amount of chicken. I called the corporate office and they connected me with the Manassas location. Franklin went above and beyond to help me with the matter. He took the order and made sure that it was delivered to the properlocation by the time it was needed and he never broke a sweat! He did not charge me for the delivery and that was amazing forhim to do. Please keep in mind if you communicate with people honestly all things can be worked out. Thank you so muchFranklin and God Bless You for having such a kind heart!!
Horrible experience, will never order at this location again. Get a new manager! We have pictures of what we received VS. what we ordered. They just threw whatever In the bag. We called to speak to management next day and told them we have the picturesand receipt. It?s obvious it?s not what we ordered. Chicken strips instead of wings, Mac instead of corn, strips in the chickensandwich, wrong drink. Ridiculous. Manager then implied we wanted free food and refused to give us his name so we can report himafter insulting us. We get paid very well In our careers buddy (not jobs), steal food from KFC? ???? lmao. We only ate somebecause we were hungry! It was midnight or maybe later. But plenty of food was left over in the trash! It?s the principle, wedidn?t get what we ordered and paid for. Don?t like your job guy???? Quit!
50$ for a 16 piece tender meal 4 sides and 1 of the sides Mac and cheese had 1 scoop in it, the green beans mostly water, old tenders, hard biscuits and flavorless watered down mashed potatoes SMH... never again KFC.. you basically ripped us off. Ifyour ordering food here open every container check the quality of your food.
This is the absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. The prices are raised as compared to other KFCs. On three seperate occasions I've gotten four from here the chicken has been old and dried out. Drinks haven't had sugar in them. Sides have been old and left out, noticeably. The snack wraps are in half tortillas and half of them didn't even have the right ingredients inside. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business.
