Very sketchy, lots of people on drugs walking around and going in and out of the hotel. Beds were lumpy as well as the pillows. Bathroom had mold and bugs. The front desk staff were amazing. Air conditioner was extremely loud, remote batteries were super low. Vending machines were empty after 1 day of being there and we're not restocked. Their free breakfast was juice and coffee. I gave this hotel one star only cause I had too in order to leave a review. We booked this hotel because of its location and price big mistake! We stayed in July this place was gross and smelled horrible! I will admit I booked the wrong dates but then corrected this within an hour , during our stay my son walked in on the staff emptying his bag on the bed! when he question not very nicely they are lucky it wasnt me he was told oh we are helping you pack today is checkout day. I called the front desk as soon as he called and told me as I wasnt there at that time my son is 25 . The front desk person informed me that yes today is your checkout day and not even seemed bothered or apologize. I explained we have stayed at plenty of hotels and we have never had the staff touch our personal stuff that we know of anyways , still no apology . I told him today isnt checkout day its tomorrow but we will be leaving today! I was told if I had an issue to call the Wyndam costumer service and given the 800 number. I did call and was told each hotel is individually owned and its up to the owner to make complaints right . Fast Forward two weeks the days I booked by a mistake but canceled within the hour my card was charged so I called and I was told that I had so many people in and out of my room during my stay . I said thats odd cause Im in NH now and my son has been in rehab since the day after we left . I even offered to give him the number to check the rehab as my son gave the ok to tell them he was there. Then two days later my card was charged $87 for no call no show! Ok Days INN were we there or not????? So we have canceled my card and got a new one BEWARE
The door latch was coming out broken, and I notified the night lady person , it seemed as if she didn't care. The continental breakfast it was just pancakes, bagel, toast, cereal. Nothing else, so if you are looking for sausage and eggs, go some place else.The phone, located by the bed, was missing the telephone line, I wonder what the purpose of that phone is in case of a emergency.?I stayed 2 nights, they don't do room Service, daily, they don't clean the room daily!!!There are no instructions on how to use the remote control for the TV.The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust system. Lights in the bathroom don't work.Bath soap is 1/2 of a size of a sugar pack. It's so small that I almost lost it in the tub.Entry lights dirty, coffee maker plug, I didn't see a GFI plug.Rooms: Nasty rooms, no room Service daily.
The young woman checking us in was the ONLY positive to our experience here. I have to add something very important about traveling and ratings. Many people would overlook, the tiredness and unkept properties of many of their stays IF a SMILE is added to your stay!! The man at the counter this morning was the most negative of the hotel. Not welcoming,no smile, no good morning, no how was your stay. NOTHING. THE bed was comfortable but sounded like gas when you sat down or rolled over in it. The bathroom is very tired with huge patches of putty trying to cover up the holes. no painting over it either. If you need a One night stay. Its okay but you get nothing but your bed.
Good price/quality. Great service from the staff. We asked if they had stamps and we got them for free from him.
