Columbus Grill - Manassas

I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food is delicious and cooked at home. We had our anniversary event here and everything ran amazing, everyone was happy and could not stop telling us how great the food was and the service. Ana is a big event planner. She did everything we asked and more

In recent years, I have passed Columbus Grill many times and had no idea of the pallets that offer their menu. Visit here on Tuesday night. I was in a party of two. Another table had 6-8 seats, the rest of the restaurant was empty next to some people at the bar. Give 4/5 due to the service that was slow and inattentive. Drinking glasses remained empty for 10 minutes on two occasions and the waiting staff was not to be found. 15 minutes after my last bite waited before I finally had to search our server alone. On the good stuff, the food: Started with a round of oysters that are locally grown and harvested. The temperature of my first oyster was far above what it should have been and there was no appetizing first bite. After they had covered the oysters with a part of the ice provided, they cooled down to a more reasonable temperature for raw seafood, which provided a very pleasant experience. Oysters were half sweet, slightly beige, with a mild finish. Note that the addition of peat and garlic infused rednessy to add these sweet gems. Next was the Bruschetta, which was a finely tuned and perfectly balanced taste of Balsamico glaze, fresh tomatoes and basil, which better with every bite. I wanted to get more, but I knew I'd stop and place for the main course that was the paella. I grew up and eat my mother's paella, which had influences from Spain and Guatamala. She passed a few years ago and I really missed her paella for which she never left the recipe. Until my visit to Columbus Grill I believed for a paella with a similar taste profile, but all the others fell short with something missing. But this paella met the brand and reminded me of my childhood. Every ingredient in this paella was complicated. Each bite was a range of fiesta with the perfect mix of spices, vegetables and meat (lobster, shrimp and chicken). The sauce was creamy and velvety. My only regret is not to order Blanc or Riesling, who would have paired well. This review has eaten me more and I have to go back now.

I love this place! You have delicious food! The manager has always been to help servers and make sure we needed something else. We celebrated my husband's birthday with a special dinner between friends and although they were busy, the manager tried their best to make room for us. Thank you for your help and make this day a good memory to keep in our minds. We really recommend it!

What an amazing place. Nice place for an event. All aspects of this place are simply beautiful. the parking lot is big, the food was amazing, the service is even better, but nothing beats the atmosphere of the place. Ana is the best!!!

I just left Columbus Grill celebrating my 50th birthday! I had an amazing time. We ate off of the buffet and everything was good. I have w5 guest and we were stuffed. And the cost was so reasonable that my husband paid for everyone. The staff was wonderful! Thank you Ana and crew for making my birthday so special!
