Chili's Grill - Manassas

3 for me is the best deal in any sit-down restaurant. My wife gets the chicken sandwich, I get the cheeseburger. There tortilla chips are the best anywhere, although their salsa is surprisingly bland. (Just add some Chohula. Also, skip their chili (WAY too salty in Manassas and Harrisonburg and get their delicious loaded baked potato soup.

It's really sad to witness one of the most adored and favorite chain go down hill. Let's start with the service which is a bit awkward, dirty and rugged attire, a shirt that barely fitted, we could almost see his belly bottom. Took forever to take our order, we had to constantly repeat over and over even thought it was just 3 simple items. Ordered chicken wings to start followed by chicken nachos and ribs. Everything came out together, go figure...... not only that, the food was burned. The chicken was dry in the center crispy outside, cheese on the nachos were hard rock solid almost like Italian hard cheese, the ribs were also burned, really crispy outside like caramelized skin but the BBQ was really delicious so it somewhat recompensated my experience. Overall I highly doubt I will come back, I rather pay 5$ more for a food item at any American Great Restaurant, but our experience at Chillis was horrendous.

Chili’s is delicious as usual. Despite the long wait time, we had a great time. The burgers were well cooked, the Nashville Crispers were delightful, and the salad was tasty and fresh. Chili’s remains a great lunch spot.

Chili's dinner was a feast! Plenty of lip-smacking dishes served by our fabulous server. But seriously, the table in the bar area for 6 was a joke! Chili's, let's upgrade those tiny tables and give us room to spread out and enjoy the fiesta! 4 stars for the flavor, but the table game needs a boost, honey! ?️??️

The waitress was horrible all around. Took way too long getting our food. The food was nasty ?? and kind of cold .. Waitress was talking to her co-workers for long periods of time. Never checked on us to see how we were doing. Also denied us a drink promotion the restaurant was giving. I was ready to go. Told the waitress we were ready to go! Took another half an hour to get the bill.. unbelievably bad service. ? never again ??????
