Best Puerto Rican food I've had, hands down. My wife and I have been getting food from Eddie every since he started this as a side project, and it's never failed to satisfy. He's always friendly, makes you feel like family, and the food is top notch. Will definitely be regulars here.

This food truck is fantastic. Eddie could have a spot in minnieville with his food and make bank easy. Food is authentic, home cooked style Puerto Rican and isn't expensive especially considering the amount of food. I could literally eat a whole box of the pork bites (sorry, I literally asked them to make me anything so I didn't get the names of food) til I die. I haven't had such an empanada since I left Texas. It needed more warmth for my own personal taste, but the meat was perfectly seasoned and the dough was delicious. The last time I tried an empanada, it tasted like Taco Bell meat. But this... I'll order her again. The chicken was tender and tasteful. Rice and beans were the best I ever had. I'd like to buy a plate again and I'll keep boss Eddie in mind for catering.
