Carmello's Of Old Town Manassas

Old Town Manassas is enchanting in December, and Carmello's offers a wonderfully romantic dining experience. The restaurant provides a high-end atmosphere. Although the wine we wanted was unavailable, our server promptly suggested a comparable option. The calamari appetizer was delicious. My dish was supposed to include lobster and scallops, but I was served salmon instead without any prior notice. To be honest, I didn't mind because the ambiance was so romantic and lovely. It's the perfect setting for intimate dates, special anniversaries, and rehearsal dinners.

I had an incredible dinner! The service was fantastic, with all the staff being very professional. I particularly enjoyed the house salad, the brie appetizer, the veal, the short ribs, and the crème brûlée. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to return soon!

Service was great. Nice atmosphere, but a little loud. VERY EXPENSIVE. Ordered the prime rib which although tasty, out wasn't cooked very well. The outside was flat out burnt and I ordered medium rare but it had a lot of very rare meat in it. For the most expensive item on the menu, it should've been cooked properly. The sides were average. The other food at the table looked great so I'd maybe give it another shot.

This place is a true gem, perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by charming neighborhoods. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The food is simply outstanding, with each dish made fresh—you can see that everyone is enjoying their meals. I highly recommend Carmelo's as a fine dining experience, thanks to its excellent food quality and service. Special thanks to Chris for taking such great care of us!

We held a bridal shower on June 12,2022. Carmello?s was perfect. Every detail was taken care of exactly as we asked. Our servers, Stephan and Victor were so helpful and couldn?t have been more accommodating. Food was delicious. I never have left a review before but I felt so happy with my experience with Carmello?s I wanted to share my appreciation.
