I di... read more The employee I spoke with was friendly, but I ended up ordering two burgers with extra pickles and received just one burger and a plain roast beef instead. I didn't notice the mistake until I got home. There was no one else in the restaurant besides me, and only two cars in the drive-thru. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than taking care of customers. It was completely frustrating. Honestly, it wasn't worth the $17 I spent or the 9 miles I drove.

They have great specials, happy hour promotions, and tasty food! I recently got a coupon for $10 off an order of $30 or more, which was an excellent surprise—basically getting $10 worth of free food. All I needed to do was sign up for their club.

My mom had the Reuben sandwich combo, and both meals were fresh and tasty. The restaurant's decor is elegant, resembling a café you might find in an international airport. I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." The excellent food quality and customer service at this Arby's truly reflected that spirit!

I don't know if I just happened to come at the right time, but the fries were incredibly hot and fresh—I couldn't eat them immediately. The bread was also fresh and delicious.
