The owner has spoken to me on several... read more I've been a loyal customer for five years and have recommended many people to this restaurant, but I can no longer return. The owner has spoken to me on several occasions, both on the phone and in person, in such a rude manner that I feel I've been subjected to disrespect for the significant amount of money I've spent there. While I understand that the holidays can be stressful due to the high volume of orders, his abrasive attitude has carried over into non-holiday days as well. I've heard from others that he has treated them poorly as well, leading them to stop supporting his business. I recognize that everyone faces personal struggles, but in a customer-oriented business, courtesy and respect should be extended to those who patronize you. Moreover, if you dare to ask about a product you love, he often complains about the costs involved in producing it. I wish I could continue shopping there because his products are truly delicious, but I've decided it's time to stop enduring his disrespect. What a shame!
