They offer a good selection of drinks and the food is incredibly delicious. We tried several dishes, and the chips were perfectly crispy, which is crucial. We also appreciate their transparency and communication with customers. The staff is very welcoming.

The food w... read more We had a wonderful family evening on a Friday following our Doubtful Sounds trip. The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the battered cod—it had the perfect light and crispy batter. The location and the building itself are fantastic. I suggest booking a table upstairs for dinner; it’s definitely worth it!

I loved the cozy nook with two couches where we had dinner. The food arrived quickly, and the cod was delicious. Plus, we had a beautiful view of the sunset.

Really attentive and friendly staff. It was order and pay at the counter but the lovely bartender came to our table. I had the beef schnitzel which was HUGE and delicious! It was perfect, really. Wife had the nachos which she reported as being excellent.
