It is a beautiful place, but I felt service was lacking ... they were not ready although I had a reservation. Obviously the server was new. I hoped things are more controlled, especially during Covid. Did not feel all that safe and comfortable. However, my main course was very good. Drinks and salad and soups were not impressive. Appetizers were good. Overall, good, but it did not meet my expectation. View all feedback.
It is an amazing place. everyone has to visit it. la fontaine is located in the heart of manama and near the old souq, is a historical monument from a 150 years. the center is the only one of its kind in the near east, venerated by all as masterpieces of architectural and artistic delight, which makes it a special oasis for architectural knowers. the peculiarity that belongs to the family alireza, captures the great essence of a European castle and retains the charm of the beautiful, authentic Gulf Islamic architecture. it was completely restored and renovated by the French artist Jean-Marc sinan, who transformed the first beautiful residence into an unmistakable, exceptional center for art and free time lovers. the la fontaine has a series of contemporary art galleries, an open-air amphitheater, an exquisite fine restaurant, an exclusive spa and a state-of-the-art pilates and dance studio, which is the first of its kind in the golf region. .

First time to this beautiful restaurant set in a heritage building that is breathtaking. You could just relax for a few hours reading a book and enjoy the architecture the aesthetics n of course the good quality food Was very quiet for a Friday lunch!! Highly recommend that everyone should try out the food even if you don’t like art old buildings etc
One of the most incredible amazing place in bahrain, the environment of the place is so different, the food and drinks is super unique and delicious and the owner of the place she is very lovely and has amazing vibes, highly recommended for local and tourists to visit you will love the place
One of the best restaurant experiences we have had in Bahrain. It’s hidden in a very congested area but worth it. Once you go inside it doesn’t feel like you are in this area, it feels like a secluded resort in the desert down south. My fiancée and I came here for our 3 year anniversary, and if we were getting married in Bahrain this is the venue in which we would do it. The food, the service, the atmosphere are all top notch.
