What Andy Abat Tang doesn't like about Shirin Cafe:
Anyone craving Central Asian food has come to the right place. The service is second to none (especially from Frank) and the desserts are delicious and come in generous portions. Also, the Uzbek decorations make your eating experience cozy and authentic. View all feedback.

Grew up in a Ukrainian household and have wonderful memories of my grandma's cooking. Shirn Cafe eclipses the food that I remember from my youth. So starting with the borscht, just as I remember how it should be. Lots of meat, vegetables and yes a side of sour cream. We ordered liver shish kebab and yes, they use veal liver and it was fantastic. Everything is made to order, and I can't say enough about how the owner (Frankie) did his best to make our evening special. There are many choices in the Marlboro area for Eastern European style cooking and the Shirn Cafe is consistent and delivers.
