Rude in-house customer service close to closing hours. I came in 20 minutes before they close and they didn’t let me in due to store policy regarding in-house pick up. Which is fine, however when I was speaking to the employee about delivering it instead, he got rude and hung up on me. I understand he may be tired and wasn’t convenient of me to come to the store 20 minutes before they close, but it’s still open and if they aren’t going to serve customers at a time which they claim to be open, they shouldn’t be officially open at that time.

Im sorry i have to give 1star because i ordered a pizza and when it came my receipt was right on top of the pizza. I find that disrespectful on so many levels

Tried to charge me 2 separate delivery fees for 1 delivery because they messed up my order and I had to use a credit by callingInto the store and then order the rest of my order online because they wouldn’t except the coupons

Please get rid of the robot talking it’s horrible at taking orders and it’s messing everything up and it’s just horrible. Thank you.
