The host at this restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, showing rudeness and using inappropriate language. Despite having made a reservation, he expressed no interest in accommodating it. The wait staff was unpleasant and inattentive, giving off an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. The busboys were the only pleasant ones and should have been serving customers instead. We were given dirty wine glasses with lipstick on them and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were none available and had to wait. They even neglected to serve us bread. We overheard the host telling a waitress to not bother with birthday celebrations and focus on getting customers out of their tables. This experience was so negative that we will never return to this establishment. We would rather support homeless individuals who are more appreciative.

I made a reservation and was told that I don't care. very unpleasant waiting staff and extremely inattentive. the general setting of the staff was as if they would do a favor to eat there. the busboys were the most pleasant and should have been those waiting for paying customers. we received wee glasses with lipstick and when I asked for a clean glass, it was said that they had no clean and I had to wait. they never served us bread. overheard the host said to a waitress, they tell them we don't have time for birthday singing, we need her table. I prefer to give my money to homeless people who are more worthy.

The restaurant did not honor our open table reservations and the host had no idea what open table was! Do not make reservations for this restaurant on this website/app. Call instead. They are tech ignorant. That said, the host was able to find us a table within about minutes of waiting. The place was very busy and the kitchens was slow in getting out the orders. I ordered a special trio which was supposed to include eggplant rollatini but they served me eggplant Parmesan. The food is good and the portions are decent.
