Reserva Rotana - Manacor

First, even before arriving at the hotel, the booking process was smooth and so enjoyable,. When you arrive you already feel disconnected. The location is huge, and beautiful. The team working there is sooo professional, so attentive, so effective. No need to ask twice. They take care of everything. I felt soooo good there. I was also attending the Rafa Nadel Academy and it was actually good that the Hotel academy was full, because coming back at this paradise was just the perfect deal. But I need to say that the best was the 5 stars food. So tasty so good. I wished they had more to offer because everything was sooo tasty. The only thing I guess that could get better is the breakfast set up and products. It fits more the German customers than International or French like me: . Breakfast is a 2-3 stars. Hotel is definitely a 5. I will be back. And for the tennis lovers, I even took additional private lesson with coach Tomeo...the best one. I cant wait to be back. We’ve stayed here last week. The resort was beautiful, especially the gardens and pool areas at both the Rotana and the Finca. All the staff was very professional and friendly, they have us really great advice for the beaches. The room was really clean and well prepared. Great service, thanks to all and thanks to Jocelyne, Ainhoa and Trini for the hospitality.

This is a precious location. Embedded in a unique Golf course and very fine privat villas , you find this restaurant. Selected wines from the spot , food very fine cuisine and excellent friendly service.

Wonderful service and food. The set menu is excellent value particularly at lunchtime. Gorgeous peaceful location either for lunch or dinner.

A very pleasant setting with a nice view of the countryside. Tables out on the terrace. Waiters were efficient but lacking in charm and a bit smarmy. Food was mixed some very good and some just ordinary. Would love to eat plain bread as the breads on offer were all with something. As an experience it is worth the while to try but I would say the whole process was a bit mechanical, the service quite slow and the food above average but not reaching the highs I was expecting.
