Poor customer service and issues with food delivery have affected the once-excellent reputation. Despite some redeeming qualities like attentive waitstaff and good food, inconsistent experiences have left diners unsure about returning. Special occasions, like a family Christmas dinner, were enjoyable but came with a higher price tag. The restaurant seems to struggle with managing large parties, resulting in mixed reviews. Overall, Rafters may have lost some of its charm over the years, making it a risky choice for a dining out.
We had a wonderful time with great food and wine. loved it and will go back after the corona virus threat.
