What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Everyone working there looked to be about 14 years old and acted like they could care less that they had a line of 15 people. Helping their friends before people in line. Honestly a horrible experience. View all feedback.
Big Starbucks with friendly service. Large, clean, open restrooms with multiple stalls.
Traffic jam here for 2 hours because of the bad weather, so lucky we have you here, bring warm to us.
Love this location inside. Don't think the girl I ordered from was really listening. She was very sweet natured. Drink ordered w/size and breakfast sandwich completely wrong. Turn down your music if you can't hear customers or repeat order back.
The restaurant is spacious with plenty of tables, featuring a glass electric fireplace. During both of my visits while I was in Mammoth, the service was efficient and satisfactory.
The restaurant has a spacious and beautiful interior that makes it a lovely place to sit and enjoy coffee. However, I often find that they are out of various ingredients during my visits. Whether it's for sandwiches or drink components, something is usually unavailable, forcing me to choose a different option or go elsewhere. I really wish they could address these stocking issues.
