The staff was very friendly. The accommodation was beautiful and relaxing. The grounds and the pool were also amazing. The food is really where they stand out. It is by far the best vegan food we had with a long shot (and we live in the US Pacific Northwest . Every time we ate in the restaurant, we had the opportunity to talk to the chef who was more than happy to discuss the food. Note, there are honey in some articles, but they are more than happy to leave (used once, and everyone remembered the request afterwards! Amazing service. I wish we had more time to stay here. The entire menu is vegetable with the exception of some items that contain honey. I never want to leave this place.
