Mcdonald's Restaurants - Malvern Hills

Stay away from this place at all costs. They never get orders correct and I ended up spending £15 on just 2 burgers. They always forget something, whether it be straws or fries. Avoid using this restaurant at all costs!

I ordered a hamburger with ketchup and onions at McDonald's. Surprisingly, it was better than the last time when I asked for extra onions and received none at all. Cheers to McDonald's for a tasty meal, I won't need breath mints after this!

We ordered a meal for the whole family tonight, but one happy meal was missing. It was a disastrous mealtime as everyone else enjoyed their food while one person had to go without. McDonald's did not answer the phone and the delivery drivers were not picking up calls either. This is the 100th time we have been charged for something we didn't receive and are unable to contact anyone for a refund. The service was absolutely terrible and unacceptable.

The most laziest, ignorant people were there avoid them . Specifically those working on front desk
