Brook Bank House - Malvern Hills

The menu was disappointing as there had been no changes since our last visit. My husband ordered the risotto and was surprised to find large pieces of herbs in his meal that he had to pick out.

Bar staff was really friendly and chatty, we had soup and the cheddar sandwich. The food was lovely and a very nice atmosphere probably due to not many people in there.

The room was large and very comfortable, good food and friendly staff. The leisure centre is fabulous and we spend a couple of hour each day relaxing there. We will definitely go back again. We didn't have a meal there as we were out every day and evening visiting the area but the restaurant looked nice. Would be wonderful on a sunny day to eat alfresco. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil.

Lovely place, great food, friendly staff and excellent value. Well positioned for Worcester and in a lovely country setting.

I have visited the Bank House Hotel on several occasions over the years, but each time it had been under different ownership (and somewhat lacking in many areas). However, I found that things have improved enormously in my recent business networking visit to the hotel. The furnishings have been upgraded and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was there for a networking meeting at breakfast which was good but there were just 2 things missing: hot tea (and I mean hot, not luke warm and stewed) and some orange juice rather than just water. Get that right and it will be much better. Looking forward to this improvement at the next event there. Thanks.
