This place has the best organic ciabatta ever - dense (not too) and delicious! The only problem is coming in for a loaf and ending up spending $20 because I can't resist the moussaka pies and a couple of morning buns (looks like a muffin made out of croissant pastry and cinnamon). It is absolutely packed on a Saturday morning for coffees. Pity they need a day of rest because it means I can't get my baked goods fix on... View all feedback.

If you require Gluten Free, Vegan Friendly, then this is the place for you! But, for me, I like the fun kept in my treats!Service not all that friendly (I find that at these sorts of places, must be the lack of sugar!) but a quiet spot for a cuppa and a sugar free snack. View all feedback.
We haven't been for ages, like the last time about 12 months ago), an employee fell the small sauce container, it landed on the floor and then he put it back to be used again... that freaked me out! Today I thought we would treat ourselves and get drinks and pastries to take away. How hard can that be... pretty hard apparently! I ordered a coffee, a hot coffee and 2 pastries. When I came home, I realized that I received; two coffees that they had even written on the cup had neither choc topping, and one of the pastries was stale. If I realized that at the time, I would have said something, but you're going there. disappointment as we live on site and thought we would give him another way. If not disturbed in the future, instead could try the place next door!
This was my go-to-place earlier, but when I was recently absorbed with new baby requirements after 12 months, I was shocked in the change of food! In all honesty, the salads, rolls and sandwiches are a distant shadow of what they... used to be... so sad! I called the store to pass on constructive feedback and learn that the business had changed hands. While the pleasant employee listened to my polite feedback and asked that I returned to the store for an exchange or a return, the second shock came when I returned!.... Instead, the owner came out to talk to me and told me that I left the store, advised that he 't give me a money back just because I "like something "not my idea, the lady I spoke suggested this!!! and went on to aggressively point out that he doesn't want/needed customers like me and to **** off... Incredible... the rude hospitality I've experienced! Needless to say, I will be NIE back and just wanted to warn someone who expects the old Nettle Knead feeling and quality... It's definitely gone:
These guys are great baristas and the coffee is always consistently beautiful. Stop the good work. The bread assortment looks impressive, but I haven't tried too much of it when I just went for coffee.
I was here a few times. It is a small café in a complex of rustic, early last century shops. There are indoor and outdoor seats. The interiors are quite close due to the small size of the café. It has a kind of hipster vibe for me. There is a good selection of healthy salads, rolls and pastries, in addition to good coffee. Although the main owner/manager is a good guy and very welcoming, some of his employees are much less so, so my "average" rating. Probably this is unintentional, but maybe it's a sign of a café for real hipster only!
