Dunkin' - Malvern

On the veterans day to get a coffee and use the advertised veterans day free doughnut. Corporate must not have informed this location that they had a veteran day contract. Coffee and donut were okay, but a little disappointing, not getting a free donut.

Bagel was served with a piece of cream cheese. It wasn't even distributed uniformly.

I just ordered my regular large hot cappuccino today. This is the worse cappuccino I ever had. It is half filled and three times stronger than original cappuccino. It is so bitter and I could not even drink. I am giving 2 star as my other drink is good.

Could not communicate with costumer in English. Did not understand when I said the coffee was burned. I gave up trying to explain. Seem like nice people but how can someone order anything in The English or resolve any issues.

I have ordered online from this Dunkin' Donuts a few times, and both experiences with my $5+ iced macchiato were disappointing. The first time I paid for it online, only to find out when I arrived that their machine was broken. I decided to give them another chance, ordered online again during their operating hours, but when I got there, they were closed! I won’t be coming back... and I hope I can get a refund.
