Chipotle Mexican Grill - Malvern

Despite my pleas for help in finding an alternative location to fulfill the order, both the store and the company's customer service line refused to assist me, claiming that their policy only allowed for refunds. This lack of customer service and assistance in a time of need was extremely disappointing and stressful, particularly on a day of celebration. In the end, we were left scrambling to find food for 45 people with just a few hours' notice, as many restaurants in the area were closed on a Sunday. This experience was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Chipotle's management team. I strongly advise those in need of Tex-Mex catering to seek services elsewhere.

Everything was actually great. It appears that you need to place your order before the lunch rush.

Recently renovated! My husband and I visited this restaurant a few months ago and swore not to return after waiting over 40 minutes for our food. However, our experience today was much better. I was greeted promptly and served quickly. Despite there being one person ahead of me in line, the entire process took less than 5 minutes and I was able to enjoy a full meal right on site.

This Chipotle location appears to be new. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine in or place an order as they were still operating with strict COVID protocols. They quickly ran out of food and had to close after we completed our order. The food was tasty and well-made, and the staff did their best under challenging circumstances. I recommend giving them some time to adjust to the current situation and assess the status of the pandemic before visiting again.

The Chipotle restaurant can be inconsistent. The burritos are usually good, but be warned that if you order chips after 9pm, you may not receive them, even though they will give you guacamole, queso, and other toppings. This has happened to me three times.
