One of my favorite sushi spots in Seattle, maybe I’m biased because I live right above it too so the location is super convenient the sushi never disappoints! I think I’ve tried half their special rolls now and they are all so good. The sushi bomb roll servings are enormous, I couldn’t finish mine in one sitting lol. A thing to note they are closed on weekends, sometimes they close unexpectedly (things they can’t control like a water issue or taking time off etc) and would leave a note at the door. Usually their online ordering site would say if they are open or not, but I would advise calling ahead first to make sure they are open and you can get your sushi fix.

TLDR: amazing quality sushi, kind staff, and good prices compared to other sushi places). Highly recommend checking this cute hole in the wall spot out if you are craving takeout sushi. 5 pieces sushi w/ roll $17.50): 10/10 this comes with salmon, shrimp, tuna, izumidai tilapia), and albacore nigiri. Each nigiri was delicious, the rice of each was nicely seasoned. The fish itself tastes fresh and not overly fishy. You can choose the roll it comes with and the roll I chose was salmon cucumber which was also very tasty. The rice to fish ratio was perfect. Because it is a take out only restaurant, they give you the ginger and wasabi on the side which I love since I hate when you bite into your roll not knowing there is a huge piece of wasabi underneath) and they give in my opinion the *best* soy sauce. It’s nicely salty and umami not like those bad packs you usually get with takeout sushi). This small detail really elevated the experience for me! The staff working when I went were very helpful and kind. There was even a small waiting room so you didn’t have to wait in the cold. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to a friend!
Best rolls I've had in Seattle! Fast service, good prices, and those rolls are always STUFFED.
Fantastic sushi here. I got the salmon avocado roll and the salmon nigiri, and both were incredible. Many sushi places in the area tend to skimp a bit on salmon, but not here. Good, hearty pieces of salmon that tasted fresh and delicious. They were also very friendly when I went to pick up my food. Great prices for caphill area sushi as well. Would strongly recommend.
