Worst starbucks I've ever been to. I went before a performance, thinking I'd be back in about 5 minutes, but no. The employee took about 2 minutes just writing on the cup and another 2 minutes typing my very simple order into the computer- a strawberry açaí lemonade. Worst starbucks I've ever been to. I went before a performance, thinking I'd be back in about 5 minutes, but no. The employee took about 2 minutes just writing on the cup and another 2 minutes typing my very simple order into the computer- a strawberry açaí lemonade. Then, I waited for about 10-15 minutes and had to leave without even getting my drink because it made me late. The other employee started making other people's drinks that were behind me before mine too, not to mention at a snails pace. I might as well have got a lawn chair out, considering how long it took to make one simple drink in less than 10 minutes. Waste of money, time, and energy
This one star is giving to the Starbucks system and the customer service phone call operator not to this store. We love Starbucks. But the agents made us crazy today. We really do not want to see the company getting worse. We downloaded the offers from the email and supposed to get 50 points automatically when we purchased 2 times any Latte during the request period. Yesterday we purchased 2 times Latte and the system gave us 0 points. We spent 1 and half hours on calls to ask the company to fix it this morning. These kind of things happened before a lot times. We wasted so much time on this. We realized could not understand why the Starbucks doesn’t improve their system. Is that really worth to spend a Incredible time with the small points. We are increasingly disappointed with the Starbucks system and the customer service.
Surely it can be a busy, tough place to get a coffee.. but last week I had a PERFECT iced mocha. Gonna get another today!
The World’s WORST Starbucks unit! They do not care about the costumers! Almost 30 min for a coffee???? Are you kidding me!??? LAZY employees. I said right L-A-Z-YYYY. The owner will probably apologize but pay attention that lots of people have had complained and nothing has changed. Also, very rude team. They laugh at you. The good reviews below are FAKE!
They were out of chai completely and the service was extremely rude
